Thoughts while writing this part of the story:
"Hey...  So when all these people meet... you know what kind of conversations they should have? Completely weird ones, while being earnest as possible."

Me, several months later, picking up the fic to re-read / edit it, getting to ch. 11:
"Wow this is weird."
