Stilllll writing my WIP! Just writing along on a big rewrite. There will be more rewrites, but this current one will be a more solid and narrative draft finally, so I'm excited. Having a bit of a convoluted time right now but I'll figure it out.

Ie, group games / game mods / tabletop gaming sessions that would be friendly for a system that is blind, I was browsing this link: https://boardgamegeek.com/geeklist/159026/games-sighted-people-play-blind-people-modificatio

Date: 2020-08-31 05:14 pm (UTC)this site makes accessibility kits for tons of board games, and also apparently Braille RPG dice, which is epic because we play DND with our in-laws and our wife's system is the DM sometimes, or their brother. But we have an app that is virtual dice sets, and is really accessible and good for that sort of thing.
But yeah, the way the accessibility kits from that site work is you buy the commercially available game, (Cards Against Humanity in our case), and they send you clear plastic card sleeves, and Braille labels to stick onto them, and that makes your cards accessible. It's a super nifty idea.
We also grew up on playing Cooties when we were a kid, because Cooties is accessible just straight out of the box. Some games are like that, typically games for little kids.
Also, squee that you put a system in there sorta based on us. Makes our day.
